Stage Frights

I remember the first time I was called upon to deliver speech in morning assembly, it was in my J.S.S. 3, I nearly messed up, but I took courage due to cheers from my friends. It is not easy being a celebrity and having to maintain a perfect image at all times - even when the odds are stacked against you.  But sometimes even the biggest stars slip, fall down, get kicked in the face and wet themselves in front of a crowd of thousands of adoring fans.

Here we take a look at some of the best on stage mishaps to happen in recent years 

Nicki woke up the USA with this perky display on a breakfast TV show. The fiery female rapper was performing on Good Morning America when her nipple popped out for some early-hours air, giving fans an extra-special break of day treat. Ever since the embarrassing episode Nicki has regularly worn plasters over her nipples underneath her skimpy stage clothing to protect her modesty from further outings.

Back in 2005 Black Eyed Peas star Fegie fell victim to everybody's worst nightmare when she wet herself on stage. Fergie didn't even try and explain her way out of the cringeworthy incident and simply admitted that when you gotta go, you gotta go. She said: "We had to rush onstage before I had the chance to go to the restroom. It was a very embarrassing night for me."

Ex-Destiny's Child babe Kelly pushed the limits on her already barely-there outfit in a high-energy show when she was performing saucy song Motivation at a US nightclub. The gorgeous singer ended up completely exposing both of her breasts to the awestruck audience as her bondage-style stage gear lifted higher and higher the more animated she got. Needless to say Motivation performed very well in the charts...

 

Burna Boy had a moment to remember few nights ago when he fell off the stage as if tackled by an invisible John Terry during his performance at the 2012 Headies award ceremony held  in EKO Hotel, Lagos.
